At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason after an order has been delivered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at seragaaa@gmail.com and provide clear photos of the issue.


After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:


• A full refund to the original payment method.
• Store credit equal to the value of the affected item.


Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
